Popped Amaranth with Dilly Garlic Seasoning

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp dill
  • 1 pinch each kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder
  • 1 tbsp amaranth
Instructions
  1. Place a deep pot over high heat.
  2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine oil, dill, and other seasonings.
  3. Pour the amaranth into the hot pot and move around. Pop the amaranth for 1-2 minutes or until most of the amaranth has popped, but before it begins to burn.
  4. Pour the popped amaranth into the oil mixture and stir to coat. Enjoy!
