Easy Homemade Sausage Patties

      - 1 lb ground pork
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- ½ tsp rubbed sage
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- ⅛ tsp garlic powder
- ⅛ tsp onion powder
- ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
- ⅛ tsp red pepper flakes
     - Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix well by hand.
- Divide into 8-2 oz balls. Flatten each ball into a patty.
- In a medium skillet over medium heat, cook four patties for 3-5 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
- Repeat with remaining patties.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
