Sauteed Mushrooms

Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 4 cups sliced mushrooms
  • ⅛ cup soy sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 sprigs thyme
Instructions
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and butter. Heat until butter is melted and foamy.
  2. Add mushrooms to the pan, stirring to coat with the oil and butter. Reduce heat to medium and cook, stirring every 2-3 minutes for 10 minutes.
  3. Add soy sauce, salt, pepper, and thyme. Cook another 5 minutes, stirring once more.
  4. Remove the thyme stems and serve over steak, chicken, or just on their own. Enjoy!
