Citrus Rosemary Turkey
  • 1 12-14 lb turkey, thawed with giblets removed
  • 1 orange, quartered
  • 1 lemon quartered
  • 3 sprigs rosemary
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. Stuff orange and lemon quarters and rosemary into turkey cavity. Rub olive oil over turkey skin and season liberally with salt and pepper.
  3. Roast in oven for 3 to 3½ hours or until thermometer inserted into the breast meat reads 160 degrees. Remove from oven and allow to rest for 20 minutes.
  4. Carve and enjoy with your favorite sides.
