Sauteed Broccoli

Ingredients
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups broccoli florets (about 1 head)
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
  1. Heat a medium-sized nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add oil, broccoli, salt, and pepper flakes. Saute for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add water, cover, and steam for 3 minutes.
  4. Add soy sauce, toss to combine, and saute for an additional 3 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
  5. Enjoy!
